Healthy Tree Program

To help trees grow strong and live long, our Healthy Tree Program works to give them all the nutrients they need. We feed your tree with macronutrients (e.g., nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) as well as micronutrients (e.g., iron, boron, manganese) to round out what your soil alone can’t provide. Your tree will also be treated with a systemic insecticide to protect it against damaging insects like aphids and leafhoppers.

Fertilizer and Applications

Fall is a great time to give plants and trees all of the micronutrients they need. Our fertilization applications help stimulate healthy root development, as well as new growth and color for your foliage in the spring. We can apply fertilizer to shrubs and any evergreen, deciduous, or fruit trees.

Dormant Oil Application
Scale, mites, and aphids can wreak havoc on our landscaping. We help control them by using an organic-based mineral oil to protect shrubs and trees from the first onslaught. It works to smother hibernating eggs, so your yard can get a healthy start to the spring season.

Systemic Insecticide Application
This soil injection travels up through the plant system to provide season-long control from top to bottom. We use this application for aphids, Japanese beetles, bronze birch borers, leaf beetles, leafhoppers, and mealybugs—just to name a few.

Spider Mite Application Ornamentals that are struggling with spider mites require a separate treatment. The deep root injection alone won’t stop these pests, but a specialized formula can do the trick.
